Basic terms when purchasing Heavy Duty items such as Printers or Photocopiers

Strictly cash with order for all goods.

All goods sold as second hand are sold as seen and non returnable. It must be understood that once tested and seen working, we will not accept returns unless otherwise agreed.

Goods to be collected with in 7 days of payment unless a prior agreement exists. Storage charges for pallets (non negotiable) starts after seven days at £1 per pallet per day and must be paid before goods released.

V.A.T. is chargeable on all goods sold and is the responsibility of the buyer to re-claim V.A.T. if or when it is exported.

Cables such power leads, VGA cables, LAN, USB, Serial/Parallel etc. are not normally included with used items, these can sometimes be sold separate.

Separation and/or packaging of some categories to customer instruction is chargeable at cost (please enquire first).
